You are a remote closer.

You are a remote closer. Inbound leads are allocated to you in real time. You call within 15 minutes, qualify, nurture on WhatsApp, and close deals independently. This is a commission-only role with full upside. Your income is determined by your output, not your hours. Ideal for experienced sales professionals who want autonomy, flexibility, and uncapped earnings.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your responsibilities.

Receive inbound lead allocations in real time via CRM
Call leads within 15 minutes of allocation
Qualify investor intent, budget, and timeline
Nurture leads on WhatsApp with project details, pricing, and follow-ups
Conduct virtual site visits and investor presentations
Close deals independently or escalate to Sales Execution Lead for high-ticket
Maintain CRM hygiene. Every interaction logged, every follow-up scheduled
Hit weekly and monthly closure targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Who should apply.

2+ years in sales (real estate, financial products, or premium B2C preferred)
Excellent communication in Hindi and English (additional languages a plus)
Comfort with digital tools. CRM, WhatsApp Business, video calls, screen sharing
Self-disciplined. No office, no manager, no fixed hours. You manage yourself
A professional ethic. Every customer interaction honest, respectful, and professional
A hunger to close. This is commission-only. You eat what you kill
Reliable internet, a smartphone, and a quiet space for calls
