Sales Execution Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

You own the sales operation.

You own the entire sales operation across all three active mandates. You manage the Growth Lead and pod of Growth Associates. You personally close our highest-ticket deals. This is a role for someone who has run sales teams before, understands the Indian real estate buyer mindset, and can operate without a playbook because the playbook is being written now. You report directly to the principal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your responsibilities.

Own the sales operation across all three active mandates end to end
Manage and mentor the Growth Lead and pod of Growth Associates
Personally handle and close the highest-ticket investor conversations
Build and maintain the investor CRM and sales pipeline
Design and iterate on the sales process and pitch framework
Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and funnel optimisation
Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
Represent TerrumEdge in investor and developer meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Who should apply.

5+ years in real estate sales, financial product sales, or premium B2C sales
Experience managing a small sales team (2-5 people)
Deep understanding of the Indian real estate investor mindset
Ability to explain complex investment concepts (IRR, rental yield, step-up pricing) simply
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Kannada a plus)
Comfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and digital sales workflows
A professional ethic that prioritises the investor over the commission
Bengaluru preferred, remote considered for exceptional candidates
